About The Position
Executive Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time day shift positions providing one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors in their homes throughout the Omaha, NE area. If you are a compassionate, dependable CNA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and helping clients remain independent at home, we’d love to hear from you! As a CNA with Executive Home Care, you will provide personalized care and companionship based on each client’s individual care plan. Requirements
- Active CNA license/certification
- At least 20 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical caregiving duties
- Able to follow care plans and work independently
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, compassion, and respect for seniors
- Able to pass a background check
- Have a smartphone capable of using the WellSky app for timekeeping and care documentation
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with safe transfers and mobility
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting clients with errands and transportation when needed
- Supporting daily routines and encouraging client independence
- Monitoring clients and reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Completing accurate care notes using the WellSky app
- Following established care plans and company policies
