Requirements

  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • A caring, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for providing outstanding care and making a difference in the lives of others

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Providing compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
  • Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to provide exceptional care
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
