You will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance while ensuring each resident’s comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Support mobility and transfers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans and directions from nursing staff
