About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center with up $2,000 sign-on bonus! We are seeking full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and customer service to our patients and their families. Openings on all shifts, including an every other weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently graduated from a CNA course
- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred
- New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with our established nursing care procedures
- Participate in planning and following current resident care plans
- Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
- Document accurately and completely
- Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
- Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment
