Tiburon Hills Care Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team! Located in beautiful Tiburon with stunning Golden Gate Bridge views, our facility offers a positive workplace culture where employees feel appreciated, respected, and supported every day. We are transitioning to a new 4/2 schedule rotation to promote better work-life balance and scheduling consistency for our team.
Requirements
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- New grads encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and coworkers
- Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
