About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Kroontje Health Care Center - Cove. Requirements

Current CNA Certification through the Virginia State Board of Nursing in good standing (or completion of CNA coursework with an upcoming exam date)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care by assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Ensure resident comfort by assisting with repositioning, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene
Document and monitor vital signs and changes in the resident’s condition, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment
Uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining patient dignity and respect at all times
