At Logan Health Brendan House, our Skilled Nursing team is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and compassionate environment. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
- Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire, if applicable to assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of basic resident care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership.
- Support residents with activities of daily living.
- Obtain and report vital signs.
- Document care accurately.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- Communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate resident care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
- Assist with restocking supplies.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety.
- Support compliance with Medicare and applicable regulatory standards.
