Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Pediatric Surgery Center team. This is a PRN Days position working 2-3 days per week Monday-Friday, no weekends, located at Wolfson Children’s Hospital Jacksonville, FL (Downtown). We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements
- None required
- HSD/GED Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required
Responsibilities
- Patient activities of daily living
- Maintaining a safe environment for patients
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
