About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant actively incorporates the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” This role involves developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care. Care ranges from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities. The CNA is also responsible for helping to create a safe environment for resident care.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program meeting state requirements
CNA license
CPR
First Aid (As Mandated by State)

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one year experience preferred

Responsibilities
