About The Position
Cantex is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Skilled Nursing facility at Riverside Oaks in Victoria, Texas. The role is part of a full-time double-weekend team, with a positive culture and opportunities for career advancement. The CNA provides routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with each patient’s care plan and supports the greatest possible degree of patient independence while following safety policies and procedures and state and federal guidelines and regulations. Requirements
- Hold an active Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient’s care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of patient independence while following safety policies and procedures and state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Comply with established policies and procedures for safe lifting and transferring of patients.
- Identify, document, and report changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor.
