About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be a certified Nursing Assistant with a current license.
- Strong experience with the EPIC electronic health record system is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Document care provided in the EPIC system accurately and promptly.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of patient care areas.
