Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates must have been with Brookdale for at least a year to be eligible for naturalization fee advancement.

Responsibilities

Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness for residents and families.

Facilitate entertaining events and gatherings so residents can find connections in groups and 1:1 settings.
Support residents in their journey to become a U.S. citizen by advancing fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year.
