About The Position

West Village Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care at its 132-bed skilled nursing facility in Greenville, South Carolina. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and quality of life. Flexible scheduling is available with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow facility policies and state and federal regulations.
