About The Position
McClure Post Acute is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. The role is available on AM, PM, and NOC shifts and offers a starting pay range of $23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience. The position involves helping residents with daily activities, supporting their dignity, comfort, and independence, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses and other interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Build positive relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and call lights.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs.
- Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.
- Review shift reports and care assignments to promote continuity of care.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living and care areas.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
