About The Position
Trinity Place is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents in a supportive senior living community in Albemarle, North Carolina. The position is offered part-time, with benefits for employees working 20 or more hours and without benefits for employees working 19 hours or fewer. Shifts include 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay starts at $17 or more per hour based on experience. The role includes a $2,500 incentive paid over the first year of employment, additional pay for weekend and second-shift hours, and an additional $2 per hour for teammates who opt out of benefits. Benefits eligibility begins after 30 days of employment, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a free medical insurance option with a $0 premium.
Requirements
- At least a 10th-grade education.
- Graduation from an accredited CNA program.
- Current CNA license in North Carolina.
- CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
Responsibilities
- Take patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate.
- Help patients bathe, dress, and use the bathroom.
- Assist patients with meals and document food and liquid intake.
- Answer patient call lights.
- Stock supplies.
- Assist with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
