Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 11PM-7AM
About The Position
Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as aiding with mobility and transfers using proper techniques. The CNA will observe and report any changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff, assist with meal service and feeding, and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Participation in resident activities and accurate documentation of care are also key aspects of this position. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with residents, families, and staff is essential.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing linens, making beds, and tidying up resident living areas.
- Participate in resident activities and socialization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
