About The Position

River Falls Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its 44-bed facility in Marietta, South Carolina. The CNA provides direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care.
