We are seeking heart-led, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team. As a CNA at Bethea, you will provide hands-on care, comfort, and companionship that make our community feel like home, whether you prefer the day shift (7a-7p) or the night shift (7p-7a).

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of South Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity).
Strong physical stamina.
Reliable attendance.
Excellent communication skills.
An empathetic, patient-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR / BLS certification.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting.
New graduates with a great work ethic and a passion for seniors are welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene, with dignity and respect.
Help residents transfer safely, walk, and position comfortably using proper body mechanics and equipment.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and daily care tasks; promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition to the Charge Nurse.
Assist with meal setup, feeding, and monitoring fluid and nutritional intake.
Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and foster warm, positive relationships with our residents and their families.
