About The Position
Cascades at Riverwalk is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time night shift. Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
- A willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines
Responsibilities
- Answer call lights and support residents' daily needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs.
- Document intake/output as needed.
- Promptly report condition changes to nursing staff.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
