About The Position
Brushy Creek Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety within its cottage-style care model. The facility is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, South Carolina, with 12 cottage-style homes, each serving 12 residents. The workplace is described as structured, supportive, resident-centered, and team-focused, with accessible leadership and manageable assignments. The position pays $18–$19 per hour, with a $1-per-hour night differential and a $4-per-hour weekend differential. Shifts are 12 hours: day shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active CNA certification in South Carolina is required.
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Work with nurses and the care team to follow care plans.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
