About The Position

Do you like making a difference in people's lives? Look no further than Bishop Spencer Place! This role involves providing patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN. You will perform direct and indirect patient care tasks, assist with activities of daily living and care such as bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning. The role also includes anticipating patient and family needs proactively, individualizing and modifying care according to patient needs, and collaborating with other healthcare team members to enhance patient care. Supporting patient safety and satisfaction by performing regular patient rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service is also key.

Requirements

CNA in State of Missouri required
1 year Cert Nurse Aide (MO) - Missouri Division of Health and Human Services
Cert Nurse Assistant - Various

Responsibilities

Providing patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.
