Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in their skilled nursing neighborhood. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within the skilled nursing neighborhood. This role involves providing direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. The CNA also monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)

Responsibilities

  • Delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood
