Requirements
- Current CNA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of nursing assistant or caregiving experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Encourage independence while helping residents maintain their highest level of functioning and quality of life.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship, comfort, and support.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion while following all company policies and state and federal regulations.
