Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | St. Camillus Schedule 6:30-2:30pm; 2:30-10:30pm; 10:30-6:30am e/o weekend and rotating holidays Part-time Make a Difference Every Day Are you a compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? St. Camillus is seeking caring and dependable CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. In this role, you'll provide direct resident care, support resident independence, and collaborate with a team devoted to delivering exceptional care and service.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years of age.
  • Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and document resident care information accurately.
  • Ability to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
  • Assisting with feeding, hydration, and monitoring nutritional intake.
  • Taking and documenting vital signs.
  • Supporting restorative nursing programs, including ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and bowel/bladder retraining.
  • Assisting with transfers, positioning, and mobility using safe lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Maintaining resident rooms and personal belongings in a clean, organized manner.
  • Monitoring and documenting care accurately in CareTracker.
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
  • Following infection prevention, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participating in resident activities and creating a positive living environment.
  • Working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, residents, families, and fellow team members.
