About The Position
Join the compassionate care team at All Saints Subacute & Skilled Nursing in San Leandro, California. We are seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced subacute and skilled nursing environment.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or subacute experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support residents with mobility and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients
