About The Position
South Creek is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care at its facility in Centralia, Washington. CNAs support residents with daily needs while helping maintain their safety, comfort, and dignity. The role works alongside nurses and therapy staff and involves building relationships with residents and families. South Creek welcomes new CNAs and offers support for employees interested in advancing their healthcare careers.
Requirements
- Current Washington CNA/NAC certification, or the ability to obtain one.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- A caring heart, patience, and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience; new CNAs are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Assist residents with meals and track their food and fluid intake.
- Help keep residents safe and comfortable and treat them with dignity.
- Notify the nurse of changes in a resident’s condition.
- Document care accurately in the EHR.
