Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their dedicated healthcare team. They are hiring for full-time AM and PM shifts at their Walnut Creek location. The facility is committed to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a supportive, resident-focused environment. Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
- New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and requests.
