Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 20 years old.
Active CNA license.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with the care team.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Smartphone capable of running the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship, conversation, and support with daily routines.
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help with errands and transportation as needed.
Provide medication reminders and assist clients with safe transfers.
Maintain accurate care notes and promptly report changes or concerns.
