Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Georgia.
- Experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Help with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
