Certified Nursing Assistant, Benefis Senior Services (Variable Scheduling)
About The Position
Benefis Senior Services is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for their Long Term Care Units, including Eastview, Westview, Grandview Cottages, and Grandview Assisted Living & Memory Care. This is a full-time position (0.8-1.0 FTE) with variable scheduling, requiring alternating weekends and holidays. CNAs are responsible for providing patient care as assigned by a Registered Nurse and must adhere to all Benefis Health System policies and procedures. The role requires the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, work accurately, manage changing situations, interact with diverse individuals, and handle stressful situations and conflict.
Requirements
- Successfully completed an approved C.N.A. course and examination.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in State of Montana for Long Term Care Facilities.
- Current BLS Certification and maintain per policy.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as assigned by the Registered Nurse.
- Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
- Comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
- Perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
