About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position requires providing quality care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. Requirements

• Valid CNA license; temp license acceptable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated compassion and dedication to resident care
• Availability for orientation and training sessions

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Support the nursing team in providing quality patient care
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as required
• Assist with medication administration as directed by nursing staff
• Floating to different units as necessary
