Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 3–6 months experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to assist with lifting and resident mobility
- Reliable and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Take and record vital signs
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow all care plans and facility protocols
- Ensure a clean, safe environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with nurses and care teams
