About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing basic patient care under the direct supervision of the nurses responsible for patient care.
Requirements
- Completion of NYS approved certified nursing assistant program
- Active CNA certification within New York State
- Minimum age requirement: 18

- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Responsibilities
- Provide or assist residents with bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, exercises, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to individualized care plans.
- Support residents with nourishment, fluids, and intake recording; ensure timely response to resident requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, food/fluid intake, and shift reports while following policies and protocols.
- Assist in maintaining resident equipment and environment in a clean, safe, and functional manner; report and follow processes for repairs.
