About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an important role in supporting patient care and creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a care team while making a meaningful impact on patients across the continuum of care. You will provide direct patient care support under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assist with daily activities, and ensure patient comfort and safety. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment, support a family-centered approach to patient care, collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams, and assist in meeting the needs of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Travel throughout the Rome, GA service area to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes and facility settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program (or equivalent)
• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of CNA experience
