Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and mobility assistance
- Observe, report, and document resident care
- Take and record vital signs
- Work closely with nurses and other members of the healthcare team
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered care
