Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin OR A Resident Assistant (RA) holding all required CBRF certifications as mandated by the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition
- Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
