About The Position
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. With new leadership and exciting positive changes, we’re building a workplace where staff feel heard, supported, and valued. Our smaller setting allows you to truly get to know your residents and coworkers, creating a meaningful and connected work environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Follow individualized care plans
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
