About The Position
Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. Requirements
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and quality care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence and dignity
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort measures
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
