About The Position

We are a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bend, Oregon, providing compassionate transitional and post-hospital care. We aim to help residents regain strength, independence, and confidence. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in caring for others, enjoys a close-knit team, and wants to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon
Valid CPR certificate

Nice To Haves

Six months experience in a long term-care environment

Responsibilities

Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed
Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs
Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care
