About The Position
NurSelect is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts (Day, Evening, and Night) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients in partner facilities. The role involves adhering to facility-specific procedures, coordinating with different departments, and reporting essential information to supervisors. CNAs are responsible for providing daily routine care, including personal hygiene, meal assistance, safe transfers, and maintaining a clean environment.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Motivated, hard-working, and caring attitude
- Resident-centric mind-set
Responsibilities
- Provide residents and patients with a high quality of nursing care.
- Adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facility's request.
- Coordinate work within the department and with other departments in the organization.
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
- Respond to inquiries or requests for information.
- Assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
- Provide routine daily care to assigned residents, including personal hygiene, meals and nutrition, safe transfers, and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
