About The Position
Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. The agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care services to our clients. Our caregivers play a vital role in providing one-on-one high-quality, personalized support to individuals in various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home environments. This role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a difference with one-on-one client care.
Requirements
- Current NC CNA Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current TB Test
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
- Vital Sign checks
