About The Position

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is full-time, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and includes every other weekend. The hourly rate is $18.50–$19.75.

The position involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care and reporting health or behavioral changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional customer service. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
