Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
Harmony Village at CareOne Cherry Hill is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Assisted Living facility in Cherry Hill, N.J. This role offers a balance between work and life with a salary range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, and changing linens. The position requires active nursing aide certification in the state of operation and a dedication to quality care. Experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting is preferred.
Requirements
- Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
- Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.
- Must have patience tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting.
