Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining each resident's dignity and independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes promptly to the licensed nursing staff
- Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
