Requirements

Current California CNA Certification
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
Maintain accurate documentation
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
