The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports clients recovering from illness, injury, or medical treatment within WPCC's Recuperative Care facility. The CNA provides compassionate, person-centered assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, comfort, and basic health monitoring. The CNA works with the Medical Coordinator (LVN), Medical Coordinator Assistants (MAs), case managers, and other care team members to support client safety, recovery, independence, and well-being, using a trauma-informed, respectful, and culturally responsive approach.
