About The Position

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role involves building meaningful relationships and supporting residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect while working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams. The position is PRN and pays $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
