Requirements
- A current, active CNA license in Iowa
- A compassionate, kind, and respectful nature with a true servant’s heart
Nice To Haves
- Experience in nursing care is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, under the guidance of the nurse and alongside your supportive team
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
- Promptly respond to resident requests and provide care according to their unique care plans
- Maintain accurate charts and effective communication with your team to ensure the best care outcomes
- Uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times
