About The Position
Matriarch is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide essential, hands-on care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. Service Locations: Gallatin, TN
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred
- At least one year of experience working with elderly strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document care provided in accordance with company policies
