About The Position
As a Caregiver-CNA, you will provide direct resident care and support while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) months experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Completion of all required in-services and continuing education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Support residents in maintaining independence and mobility
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Follow physician orders, company policies, and state/federal regulations
- Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging living environment
